You want to know that the gear you invest in is going to perform well and consistently. With that in mind we offer a 6 month warranty against all manufacture defects. Misuse, abuse, or neglect negates this warranty. If you have a problem, please call or email so that we can work with you to keep your gear in working order.

Special orders If you have a special requirement or modification we can help you plan and make custom pieces. From mounts to adaptors we can make a custom part or modification to suit your requirements.

Exchanges If you may have ordered the incorrect product, we can exchange products. We must be notified within 7 days. An Exchange Authorization Number will be given which must be placed on the outside of the returned box.

    2. All items returned without the EA# are refused.
  2. There is a no restock fee.
    1. Products must be in like new, resalable condition.
    2. Any damage will be deducted accordingly
  3. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Defective Merchandise If, on opening your purchase, you find damage, or any defects, please notify us at once. Any shipping damage must be communicated to us within 5 business days.

  1. We will need a photo or accurate description of the defective item.
  2. We will send a new unit or parts, at our discretion, to fix your gear.
  3. This warranty is in effect for 90 days from purchase.
  4. This warranty is void if product is misused, abused, neglected, damaged by owner/operator, as determined by indiSYSTEM.
